EL XUPETE NEGRE is an artist from Barcelona, Spain. XUPETE, pronounced CHEW-Pe- Te, means pacifier. So he's the "Black Pacifier". He is an international artist who spreads his particular brand all over the world. He's been know to paint with everything from mop markers to brush.

This mural was painted in 2017 during Basel House Mural Festival.
